Every power-on causes more damage. Power it off, bring it to our Perth lab, and we'll assess whether the heads can be replaced and the data recovered.

Yes — RAID and NAS recovery is one of our specialties. We handle RAID 0, 1, 5, 6 and 10, plus NAS units from Synology, QNAP and others. Multiple-disk failures, failed rebuilds and controller faults can often be recovered by rebuilding the array in our Perth lab. Important: if a drive in your array has failed, stop the rebuild and don't keep writing to it — bring the whole array to us so we can recover it safely.
